FALLS CHURCH PARKING:
A-Park in the street! This is the easiest solution. You can park in the street for up to two hours.
B-Park in the parking garage behind our building next to Sweet Frog. Parking is free. The parking garage address is 444 W Broad Street, Falls Church, VA 22046 (in the Panera shopping plaza). You can access the parking garage from W. Broad Street or Pennsylvania Ave (see map). If you are coming from Pennsylvania Ave, look for Moby Dick House of Kabob and make a turn here into the plaza. Do not turn into the Residents’ parking garage. This is not the public garage.
Falls Church Parking – The entrance to our building lobby from the parking garage is ONLY located at street level. Please look for the door with a blue sign that reads 431 PARK AVE. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
If you parked at any level other than street level, you may do two things:
- Take the Retail Elevator to street level and walk around to your left towards the parking garage (see picture). Once in the parking garage look for the blue sign ahead of you that reads 431 PARK AVE. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
- Walk up inside the garage to street level and find the door to your left with a blue sign that reads 431 PARK AVE. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
