PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
A-Park in the street! This is the easiest solution. You can park in the street for up to two hours.
B-Park in the parking garage behind our building next to Sweet Frog. Parking is free. The parking garage address is 444 W Broad Street, Falls Church, VA 22046 (in the Panera shopping plaza). You can access the parking garage from W. Broad Street or Pennsylvania Ave (see map). If you are coming from Pennsylvania Ave, look for Moby Dick House of Kabob and make a turn here into the plaza. Do not turn into the Residents’ parking garage. This is not the public garage.
The entrance to our building lobby from the parking garage is ONLY located at street level. Please look for the door with a blue sign that reads 431 PARK AVE. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
If you parked at any level other than street level, you may do two things:
- Take the Retail Elevator to the street level and walk around to your left towards the parking garage (see picture). Once in the parking garage look for the blue sign ahead of you that reads 431 PARK AVE. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
- Walk up inside the garage to the street level and find the door to your left with a blue sign that reads 431 PARK AVE. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
You can cancel your class up to 5 business days prior to the class date for a full refund. Keep in mind that the refund will be issued (via PayPal) for the amount of the class minus PayPal fees. If you need to cancel your class, please send your request to obgyndrs@aol.com.
If you register for the class within the cancellation period (5 business days prior to class date), a cancellation with a full refund will not be allowed but you can reschedule the class to a future date once only (read below Reschedule).
Refund requests received after the class has started will not be honored.
Healthcare for Women reserves the right to cancel/reschedule classes due to low enrollment, inclement weather (for in-person classes), or other unforeseen circumstances. Under these circumstances, if you are unable to transfer/reschedule the class or the class is no longer available, you sent your refund request to obgyndrs@aol.com.
You are welcome to reschedule your class up to 5 business days prior to the class date. All registrants are entitled to ONE class reschedule per class. Repeated requests for class reschedule will not be granted. If you need to reschedule your class, please send your request to obgyndrs@aol.com.
Healthcare for Women follows Federal Government for cancellations. If the Federal Government is closed, then classes are cancelled. If you still have questions about a class being cancelled during office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:45 pm), please call 703-528-6300. If classes are held on Saturday or Sunday, someone from the office will contact you about the status of the class. We will try to accommodate you in our next available class.

Healthcare for Women does not submit to insurance companies for reimbursement of childbirth education classes. Since there are no medical procedure and diagnosis codes associated with this type of classes, we cannot bill insurance. Most insurance companies do not cover childbirth education classes.
